Day 1: Foundations and Intentions (3 hours)
With clear and gentle support, couples explore their communication dynamics. Dr. Sheehan facilitates somatic exercises that promote active listening and empathy, fostering a deeper connection and understanding of and between self and partner.

Day 2: Building Resilience (5 hours)
Communication takes center stage as couples navigate consideration of thorny issues such as family, money management, shared goals, and individual values. Dr. Sheehan guides couples in creating a renewed roadmap that promotes transparency and mutual decision-making, easing tensions that arise from unmet needs.
Family dynamics are explored as couples confront challenges from extended family relationships, parenting styles, or past traumas. Dr. Sheehan facilitates a new level of openness and harmony in navigating relational complexities and establishing new approaches to life.
Day 3: Integration and Planning (4-5 hours)
Couples engage in reflection and integration as the intensive nears its conclusion. Consolidation of insights gained over the past few days, with a plan to identify actionable steps to sustain progress post-intensive. Dr. Sheehan offers personalized strategies for ongoing growth and support, empowering couples to maintain newfound communication skills, intimacy, financial harmony, and family resilience.
Throughout the intensive, therapeutic techniques such as depth psychology, mindfulness practices (MBSR), EMDR, and experiential exercises are employed to deepen self-awareness and emotional healing.
Ketamine-assisted work is also on offer. Couples emerge with renewed hope, strengthened bonds, and a shared commitment to a balanced, harmonious, and fulfilling relationship.
ADHD screening is currently offered using the latest testing material- Conners4.The Conners 4th Edition is a tool for assessing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and related behavioral disorders in children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years. It provides insights into a child's behavior, emotions, inattention, hyperactivity/impulsivity, emotional regulation, aggression, and academic performance.It consists of several rating scales and forms, including parent, teacher, and self-report versions. It provides detailed information on a child's strengths and weaknesses, which can be used to develop targeted interventions and treatment plans.
Autism testing and screening is provided for 12 months through adulthood using the current screening tools that include the ADOS, Vineland, Adult/Adolescent sensory profile AASP, Batelle, BASC and other materials that will vary on each clients needs and age. Testing at PACG is provided by Dr. Hidalgo who will administer the tests. It is best to consult prior to testing to ensure the specific requirements of what is being requested can be discussed.
Full psycho-educational evaluations are offered for all ages. This includes the latest testing materials. Each test is customized to the needs of the client based on age and Requests. Gifted testing can be done in conjunction with the psycho education or independent.
Immigration evaluations vary on a case by case basis. Licensed psychologists will be able to provide the evaluation needed to assist those in need.
